Level A1:
This level is designed for students with no prior knowledge of the language. The goal is to enable you to interact in a simple way, ask and answer questions about yourself, your surroundings, the people you know, and the things you own.
Level A2:
Upon completion of this level, students will be able to engage in basic, everyday interactions (such as at stores, banks, and restaurants). They will be capable of providing simple descriptions of their past, present surroundings, and immediate needs.
Level B1:
Upon completion of this level, you will be able to interact in a variety of situations; present a problem, express your opinion, ask for clarification, make complaints; express yourself simply in the past tense and explain past events and future plans. You will be able to understand the main points of clear texts in standard language.
Level B2:
The objective of this level is to cultivate your ability to articulate and substantiate your viewpoints in a debate; to weigh the pros and cons of a given topic; to hypothesize about potential scenarios; and to engage in spontaneous, fluid, and productive discourse.
Level C1:
Upon completion of this level, you will have acquired a vast vocabulary, enabling you to communicate fluently, comprehensively, and precisely. You will be able to adapt to different registers, allowing you to navigate all environments (social, academic, professional, cultural, etc.)
Level C2:
At this proficiency level, you will be able to comprehend almost all spoken and written language. You can reconstruct information and arguments from various sources. You will be able to express yourself spontaneously and fluently, with a high degree of accuracy, allowing you to distinguish subtle shades of meaning.
I believe that the process of learning a new language should be a team effort between the teacher and the student, creating a welcoming atmosphere where learning is enjoyable for both parties.
In my classes, I strive to incorporate a variety of activities, such as word games, as playing helps both adults and children to learn and remember vocabulary more easily. I also use role-plays to encourage communication.
In addition to these, we also carry out traditional activities such as reading texts and answering questions, listening to audios, doing grammar exercises, and watching videos, among others.
My methodology is based on the communicative approach, highlighting the different nuances between the Spanish spoken in Spain and the Spanish spoken in Latin America.
